Award Nomination for Betsoft Title

An online gaming title developed by Betsoft has received a nomination for the Spinnovator of the Year Award thanks to its demonstration of unique ideas and innovative concepts. The game in question is Max Quest: Wrath of Ra, and it will be judged against eleven other titles before the winner is announced at the Spinnovation Summit in Prague on Tuesday 30 April.

About Max Quest: Wrath of Ka

Max Quest: Wrath of Ka is a remarkable game which delivers all the randomly-generated excitement of a slot game but without any of the traditional reels. Instead, players have to explore various levels of a 3D environment (the story takes place in underground Egyptian tombs), shooting other-worldly enemies for cash prizes as they do so. Up to six players can participate at the same time, and each player earns Experience Points (XP’s) as they work their way through the game. To add to the ‘console gaming’ side of things, players can select their own game characters, go on quests and collect treasures.

With stunning graphics and gameplay, Max Quest: Wrath of Ka is just as much an arcade adventure game as it is a slot, and the social aspect afforded by the multiplayer format makes it even more enjoyable. The title is, quite literally, a game-changer, and the nomination for the Spinnovator of the Year Award testifies to that fact.

The Spinnovation Summit is an industry-wide event which was established to showcase and recognise games that push the boundaries in creative, original and innovative ways. All of the nominated games were released in 2018 and will be judged by a panel of experts, with the winner receiving the Spinnovator of the Year Award and no doubt plenty of headlines in the future.
