Break Away Deluxe has five reels, but it also has five rows, compared to the previous three. Many of the symbols used in the original game are still here, so you can expect to see the ice resurfacer, ice rink, skates, the blazing puck scatter, a referee, multiple players and a Break Away Deluxe logo, which serves as a wild.

You can choose to play with 18, 38, 68 or 88 paylines, and the new game retains its Rolling Reels feature, which means that any symbols forming part of a winning combination will be removed from play (shattering like ice in the process) and replaced with new symbols, giving you the chance to win several times every time you spin the reels.
